The first way you may do HIIT practice is by jumping on high knees. This exercise requires you to bring one of your knees up to your chest and press your arms up in the air. Then, lower the leg and bring the other knee up to your chest. Do this repeatedly and you can also add a bounce so that you feel comfortable while doing it.
For beginners, you may simply march one leg at the same time and bring the knee up to your chest. After that, press your arms up. Jumping on High Knees is useful to get the heart rate up. 2. Squats
The next HIIT cardio you can do is by doing squats. It needs you to stand with your feet shoulder-width and toes forward. 4. Abs Lower and Lift
The last HIIT cardio you can do next is Abs Lower and Lift which is easy to do without equipment. If you are interested in doing it, try to lie on the ground and pull your naval towards your spine. After that, put your legs up to the ceiling and lower your legs down about inches or down to the ground. Then, bring them back to start the position and keep your low back pressed to the ground.
